Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return for a full refund or exchange.

Unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition within 30 days from date of delivery. A free return label will be provided to you by e-mail upon request.

To process a return, please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@dream-pants.com or call us (toll free): +1 (855) 999-2655. Please Specify your order number, describe which style number and size you want to return and tell us the reason of your return.

  2. We will issue you an authorized return number and include a free shipping label by e-mail. Do not return any item without a return authorization number.
  3. Please print your label and drop off your package to the nearest USPS (in the US) or Canada Post office (in Canada).

  4. We will process your return/exchange within 5-7 days from date of delivery. 

International Returns (Outside US & Canada)

Returns outside of the United States and Canada are subject to a $20.00 deduction from the total refund. We will provide a return label with Fed Ex International by e-mail as per your request. Once items are received and a refund is issued, we will deduct $20.00 from the total amount.
